What payment methods can I use?
When purchasing products from SkinsBuy, you can only pay using PayPal - the safest way to pay online, as that's the only method we currently support. You can make payments directly from your PayPal account or pay using a credit or debit card.
Am I entitled to a refund?
Regrettably, no. After you purchase a skin, we can't refund you as in cases we can't verify whether or not you have the files, if cases similar to this apply, then we'd end up giving the skins for free. Before you make a purchase we strongly recommend you check your order to make sure it's for the correct bulletin board system as well as correct skin. Although we can't offer a refund, you are entitled to 6 months of free updates to your purchased skin in addition to a lifetime of free support.
I've lost my password!
If you've lost your password for the customer login page, then don't worry. To retrieve your password, visit the Customer Login page and enter in your e-mail address or username where it states Lost Password. Thereafter, your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
After purchasing, is the download instant?
Yes, as soon as payment is cleared the download file should be available for you to download via your user account. There shouldn't be any waiting time between your purchase and download.
Can I remove the copyright on a skin?
Unfortunately, no. The SkinsBuy copyright in the footer of every page within the skin must have a link back to SkinsBuy and it must remain intact along with any other link backs attached to the copyright.
I purchased a skin, can I use it on multiple boards?
Yes, after you've purchased a skin from SkinsBuy you can use that skin on multiple boards which you run. You must state which boards you plan on using the skin on when purchasing. If you plan to use it on different boards from the one's you stated, you can contact us to tell us what other boards you plan on using these skins on. Although we allow you to use skins on multiple boards, we do not allow customers to pass these skins onto other board owners for them to use.
